This antique, circa 1900, authentic Navajo flatweave rug has an ivory field with a pair of shaded grey and tomato-red minor linked diamond shaped lozenges forming a pair of larger lozenges joined in the centre flanked by a shaded grey part panel outlined with a jagged burnt-orange band, a pair of burnt-orange and tomato-red triple lines of linked minor lozenges, a tomato-red, shaded grey and burnt-orange stripes at each end.
