This traditional hand-woven Persian Serapi rug has a shaded brick field with dense angled geometric floral motif, enclosing a majestic floral stepped medallion of similar motif and radiating bold coral palmette icons, with gorgeous sapphire spandrels of similar motif and bold ruby palmette icons, in a warm ivory linked geometric turtle palmette border, between delicate laced floral vine stripes.
